Excellent article.The importance of emotional support in a child’s early years cannot be underestimated.Later on the power of self expression is most important,be that through work,sport,music,literature,the spoken word etc.

Love your approach to addiction. Its refreshing that you have a different angle to what is typically thought about addiction. Not sure if I agree 100% about stimulation but I do think that with addiction, it shouldn’t be one size fits all, so to open ourselves to new angles is definitely necessary and represents a progressive and enlightened approach to true understanding. BTW, I love what you are doing in Sankalpa – find it is reflects exactly what I saw in the article on stimulation.
